Web Arms is a licensed firearms manufacturing company located in Pasadena Texas.
Please read this policy concerning shipping and local visits.

Civilian & Law Enforcement Sales (non local):
Must be within the United States and it's possessions
Firearms are shipped to your gun dealer (FFL) or Law Enforcement Department (requires law letter) for transfer to you.
A copy of the FFL's license must be mailed, or scanned and emailed, or faxed to us before we can ship a firearm.
Accessories are shipped directly to you, no FFL needed.

Law Enforcement Sales - Pasadena Texas and surrounding area:
Local visits are restricted to Law Enforcement personnel. Please call or email us to schedule arrangements.
Sales tax must be added to the purchase of items sold to individuals in Texas, currently 8.25%.
Firearm transfers are free to Law Enforcement.

Civilian Sales  - Pasadena Texas and surrounding area:
Web Arms is not an open store, but is a firearms maker, and does not accept visits from the general  public.
All local civilian purchases are shipped the same as non local purchases.
You will need to contact a gun dealer (FFL) and arrange for them to receive and transfer your firearm to you.
A copy of the FFL's license must be mailed, or scanned and emailed, or faxed to us before we can ship a firearm.

ORDERING GUNS BY MAIL

The BATF requires Gun Dealers (FFLs) receive firearms or receivers for you and a background check be made if you don't have a CHL
The background check will be done at your dealer's location, not ours.

This is a volunteer listing of dealers who say they will do transfers. You do not have to use them and may use any licensed gun dealer you choose.

We will need a signed copy of the dealer's license and it may be mailed, or scanned and emailed, or faxed (832-239-5689).
Our copy must be legible enough for the BATF to accept it.
Please have your FFL write their phone number on our copy of their license in case we need to contact them.
Law Enforcement officers may use their department (see "law letter examples") or an FFL for a transfer.

The following information applies to all purchases:

Purchase must be paid in full and FFL or Department paperwork received before shipment will be made.
Products that need to be ordered by us require the full payment before we can order it.


Check with your local gun store or FFL to find out if a firearm is legal in your area.
You are responsible for knowing if a firearm is legal for you to have in your possession.

 


 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We will accept:
1.  Personal Checks, Money orders, Certified Checks made out to WEB ARMS
in U.S. currency
    
(Personal Checks will have to clear before orders will be completed, usually takes about 3 days)

2.  Credit cards... We do not accept American Express
     Prices quoted on orders with firearms already reflect a 2% discount that cannot be earned with credit card or check card orders
     Please add 2% to the total if your order contains a firearm and you are ordering with a credit card or check card.
     Do not add the 2% if you are only purchasing accessories.

    

3.  We ship only to the U.S.A. and it's possessions.

4.  No C.O.D. orders

 

Figuring your total cost:

1. Add up the total of the merchandise
2.
Texas Residents add 8.25% Sales Tax

3. Shipping Cost:
    All Items except pistols have free FedEx ground shipping to the 48 states.
    Pistols: Ground shipping is $15.00
    2nd Day Shipping of any item is the current FedEx rate
    Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico - 2nd Day FedEx shipping only for all items

4. Prices quoted on firearms already reflect a 2% discount that cannot be earned with credit card or check card orders.
    If you are purchasing an accessory without a firearm, skip this and go to line 5.

    Add 2% of the total cost if your order contains a firearm and you are using a credit card or debit card.

5. This is the grand total of your purchase

You may phone in an order and charge it or
print out and complete the Web Arms order form and either fax it or mail it to Web Arms. Instructions are on the order form.

Credit Card Orders:

For security, we are required to have the 3 digit V-Code (located on the back of the credit card near the magnetic strip)
and the billing zip code of the credit card. Our credit card machine has to have this information for processing.
 


 

SHIPPING AND TRACKING

FedEx pick up is within 3 days of a completed order.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, depending on your location.

FedEx Ground Shipping is free to the 48 states.
2nd Day Shipping cost will not be known until a shipping label is created.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico - 2nd Day FedEx shipping only for all items

Tracking information is emailed to you from FedEx if we know your email address.
For your convenience, here's the FedEx Tracking link.

FedEx should update their tracking information within 24hrs after the package is scanned in.
FedEx Ground is closed on weekends and a late Friday pick up may not show up until Monday evening.

Tracking information shows up when the Ground Service scans it in, although the Express FedEx terminal we use has the package.
If you see "Data transmitted" or "Not received", the ground service has not picked it up or scanned it in as of yet.

 


  
CANCELING OR RETURNING AN ORDER
please read this before ordering



Be sure you know what you're ordering.
Most orders are not accepted back, but like everything else, there are exceptions to the rules.
Web Arms is not responsible for manufacturing defects or part numbers or model numbers you ask us to order for you, or a product change by the manufacturer. All warranties are between you and the manufacturer of your purchased product.

Repairs for products manufactured by Web Arms have no fees, but you are responsible for the shipping charges from you to us.
Please read the Web Arms warranty information for WA15 firearms.

Always contact us before shipping anything back.
Please email us if possible and simply state your concern in the body of the message.
Please include your Name, receipt number, description of the item and the cost of the item.


Items we accept back with no fee:

The only reason an order will be accepted back, is if we sent the wrong item and it was not what you ask us to send you.
The entire contents of the package must be in the same new condition as when shipped to you, and includes all of the factory paperwork, box, etc. It cannot be a used item. We will send you a FedEx return shipping label and it must be placed on the shipping box.

Items accepted back that have a fee:
If we order a product for you, and the distributor or manufacturer charges a restocking fee to take it back, that fee and the additional shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. We will need to check with them first to see if they will take it back.

If we shipped you the correct item you ordered,
and the distributor or manufacturer will accept back the order, your refund will be minus the total charges it takes to send it back to them.
If you have the item, it will need to be shipped back to us at your expense.

If a shipped item or package is refused by you and returned to us by the carrier we use, the return shipping charges will be added in with any restocking fees, and the total will be deducted from your refund.
The entire contents of the package must be in the same new condition as it was when shipped to you, and include all of the factory paperwork, box, etc.
It cannot be a used item. Used items will be returned to you with no reimbursement.


Special orders:
Special order means ordered by you and it's not readily available from Web Arms.
The only way a special order (such as a rifle) can be cancelled is if it has not been completed by the manufacturer or distributor, or it has not been shipped by them and the manufacturer or distributor accepts the cancellation.
On all special orders cancelled, there may be a cancellation fee or restocking fee by the manufacturer or distributor and this fee will be passed on to you by reducing your refund by the fee amount set by the manufacturer or distributor.

If you paid by check or money order, your refund will be the total amount paid minus any amount charged by the manufacturer or distributor as stated above. If the manufacturer or distributor does not have a fee, then you will get 100% of your refund.

Credit card purchases have a 2% fee charged by the credit card companies.
We give you the chance to pay by check or money order to avoid the 2% fee when purchasing a firearm.
If you cancel an order for a firearm purchased with a credit card, your refund will be the amount paid, less the 2% fee.
Example: a rifle was purchased with a credit card for a total of $2000.  2% of $2000 is $40.
If you cancel this order, you will be refunded $2000 - $40 = $1960
$1960 will be the refund on a $2000 cancellation.

There is a shipping charge by Web Arms if it was not possible to cancel your order from the manufacturer or distributor before the manufacturer or distributor shipped the item, should they allow it to be cancelled and returned to them. This shipping charge will be in addition to restocking fees set by the manufacturer or distributor and will be our actual shipping cost of shipping it back.
All fees and shipping charges will be deducted from your reimbursement.
If the manufacturer or distributor does not allow the cancellation of the order for whatever reason, the order is yours, and it will be shipped to you or your FFL as originally intended with no refund from Web Arms.

Your order and any other concerns will be directly between you and the manufacturer of the product.

The WA15 & WA15LE series is a registered product of Web Arms.
All warranty issues for the WA15 should be directed to Web Arms.


 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
 

If your package arrives damaged, you must alert the driver or contact FedEx and initiate a claim.

All warranties are between you and the manufacturer of your purchased product.
If the product has a factory defect, don't use (stop using) the product and notify the manufacturer.
Do not send back a product to them without first contacting the manufacturer and getting their instructions.
Web Arms is not a warranty station except for the WA15 rifles that we manufacture.
