Threaded 14 1/2" M4 barrels are
available as class 3
weapons and require a Form 4 or 5 be processed.
To avoid it being class 3 weapon, flash hiders can be permanently attached to the
barrel
and barrel length will be 16" overall in length. This is done for
semi-auto only.
